Food and beer were meant for one another and this beer fuses that relationship.
This beer truly lives up to its name. We took loads of Thai spices like lemongrass, basil, chili peppers, and ginger and combined them with one over-hopped Pale Ale. We kept the bitterness low to let the spices shine, but finished with a double dry hop of City.
Hybrid style developed from American craft beer ingenuity. We like to believe we helped a lot.
