Raspberry Wheat

fall

Razzzzzzburrrries.

The Great American Wheat Ale can be... boring. The sweet and sharp addition of local raspberries elevate this beer into one of our best sellers.

History

The American Wheat Ale stems from a Hefeweizen. However, before refrigeration, yeast strains were tied to particular geographic areas. The American Wheat Ale trades in the hefeweizen yeast for more clean yeast profile. When we brewed this beer, we came to a cross roads: To add hops and make yet another IPA, or be adventurous?... So we pioneered with a Raspberry American Wheat Ale.
