Kveik Bi-Polar Pale

The best of both Hemispheres. This seemingly simple Pale Ale is anything but. This beer was brewed as a SMaSH beer, using only One Variety of Hop, and for this we chose a hop from New Zealand, a region renowned for producing vibrant and intensely flavorful and aromatic hops. This beer was Fermented with a Scandinavian Yeast that’s lately become well known among the brewing community for its resilience and clean performance,
even in the most extreme of fermentation conditions. These Polar Opposites compliment each other perfectly. A light and pleasant bitterness is balanced by character of sweet Tropical Fruits and Apricot. A subtle and delicate note of Pear and Green Apple, and a clean, crisp finish come from the unique yeast. The result of this pair is refreshing and easy drinking, with exciting nuance of flavor.
