A classic American style meets un-traditional methods. We took what could be considered a one-dimensional style and bolstered the body with our innovative play with oats.

History

The landscape of the American beer scene is incredibly dynamic. At heart, the IPA began on the West coast and evolved into a movement. Every brewery takes the idea and puts a unique spin on the style to make it their own. The Oatmeal IPA is a product of ingenuity, encompassing the essences of the craft beer spirit.

Appearance

Thick lacing head. Reddish-copper body.

Aroma

The much desired Simcoe hop used in excess gives this beer a wonderful dank citrus aroma.

Flavor

Oatmeal lends a silky/velvet mouth-feel. Copious amounts of dry hops give off that hop burst that every IPA drinker looks forward to.

Food Pairing
